Le Coste Due M 2021 Juicy & Expressive The fruit turns more savoryMoscato Giallo and Bianco The name Due M stands for the two Moscato grapes that go into it and the two different fermentations they undergo: half of the fruit is treated with carbonic maceration, giving a juicy, lifted character, while the other half is destemmed and left to ferment on its skins, adding texture and depth. Afterward, the wine rests for almost two years in old oak barrels, gaining layers of complexity without being weighed down by wood.
