GrillSymbol Cataplana pan WP-450 inox CAT CALLOW Modules arrive fully assembled (easyWP 450i CAT is a big and capacious hybrid of a cataplana and a wok. With a domed lid, it works just like a traditional cataplana. GrillSymbol cataplanas dont come with a clamp on the lid, so the pan can be used for different purposes. It can be used on different gas burners with the optimal size of 30 35 cm. The deep, thick bottomed (3 mm) stainless steel pan with a light aluminium lid works like a cataplana, and like a wok without a lid. Thanks to
