Weve packed 500kg of mango puree into this ripe and juicy sour, coating every last drop with rich tropical aromas. Weve left the mango completely unaffected by any other adjuncts, allowing this luscious fruit to shine all on its own. Pumping up the ABV to 8% we've reduced the residual sugars to focus on the natural tartness locked away in mango and giving it a big old punch.
