'Renaissance' Corzetti Stamp / Press Mould Ravioli With the Pastadrive motor thereCorzetti are thin, round disc like pieces of pasta that originate from the north west of Italy. The thin discs are cut from a sheet of pasta and stamped with a design to leave an embossed image. These are then cooked and dressed with sauce. Directions: Roll out your sheet of fresh pasta. Using a cookie cutter with a diameter of 5cm, cut out circles. Place each disc of pasta between the patterned surfaces of the corzetti stamp and push down firmly.
